Late Wednesday night, a three-team deal between the Boston Celtics, Washington Wizards, and Memphis Grizzlies was finalized.

Memphis will trade their first-round pick, the 25th overall pick, to Boston on Thursday.

as well as the protected top-four first-round pick in 2024 belonging to the Golden State Warrior

The 35th pick in Thursday's draft will go to Washington thanks to the Celtics. As part of the deal, the Celtics also send center Mike Muscala and forward Danilo Gallinari to Washington.

The three-team agreement was reached just before Porzingis' deadline to exercise his $36 million player option for the 2023–24 season, which was set for midnight ET.
